  • •  If a teammate jokes about needing help, redirect and normalize getting help with the hard stuff.
  • •  Step in and call out the trap before a peer makes a bad choice.
  • •  When locks are broken or conditions are unsafe, escalate the issue up the chain of command.

  • •  When you find a reliable mechanic or great childcare, share the hack with your team.
  • •  If you promise to take a teammate's duty, show up on time and ready to cover the gap.
