OFFICE OF FORCE RESILIENCY

Integrated primary prevention is one portfolio within the Office of the Executive Director for Force Resiliency. The mission of the Office of Force Resiliency is to strengthen and promote the resiliency and readiness of the Total Force through the development of integrated policies, oversight, and synchronization of activities in the areas of diversity management and equal opportunity, personnel risk reduction, suicide prevention, and sexual assault prevention and response.

The Prevention Collaboration Forum is the governance body for primary prevention across the DoD that is chaired by the Executive Director, Force Resiliency.

PREVENTION PARTNERS

The Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO) is responsible for oversight of the Department's sexual assault policy. SAPRO works hand-in-hand with the Services and the civilian community to develop and implement innovative prevention and response programs.
The Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) advances holistic, data-driven suicide prevention in our military community through policy, oversight, and engagement to positively impact individual beliefs and behaviors, as well as instill systemic culture change.
The Office of People Analytics develops cutting-edge analytical methods and solutions for more effective personnel management in the Department of Defense (DoD)..
Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) develops and executes diversity management and equal opportunity policies and programs affecting active duty and reserve component military personnel, and DOD civilian employees.
Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP)
Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) establishes quality-of-life policies and programs that help our guardians of country, their families and survivors be well and mission ready. Military OneSource is the gateway to MC&FP programs and services that support the everyday needs of the 5.2 million service members and immediate family members of the military community.
Air Force Integrated Resilience provides airmen, guardians and their families the tools and resources needed to thrive.
The Army Directorate of Prevention, Resilience and Readiness enables a community approach to prevention that lowers the risk of harmful behaviors.
The Navy’s Office of Force Resiliency (OFR) provides expertise, policy, resources, and oversight to prevent and respond effectively to sexual assault, military sexual harassment, and suicide in order to establish and maintain a healthy culture where every Sailor, Marine, and Civilian can thrive.
Marine Corps Community Services
Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is a comprehensive set of programs that support and enhance the operational readiness, war fighting capabilities, and life quality of Marines and their families.
The mission of the National Guard Bureau's Warrior Resilience and Fitness division is to enhance the wellness and resilience of National Guard Service members through the implementation, coordination, and alignment of Army National Guard and Air National Guard prevention programs across the 54 States, Territories, and DC..
