Department of Defense Instruction 6400.09  –   DoD Policy on Integrated Primary Prevention of Self-Directed Harm and Prohibited Abuse or Harm establishes a DoD-wide prevention system that facilitates data-informed actions to integrate primary prevention activities, create programs and trainings that foster healthy environments and promote resiliency, and apply the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s framework for sexual violence prevention.
