Access the Clearinghouse Application

Personnel external to the Office of the Secretary of Defense or DoD365-J must have a Common Access Card (CAC) and register for a Guest Account to access the Prevention Portal. Please review the guide below and click "Request Access" to visit the DoD365-J Guest Account services page to begin the access request process.

 
New Users:
  • 1. Request an External Guest Account (if you have not already), follow guidance in the Sharepoint Guide below.
  • 2. Send an email to the Prevention Clearinghouse Team at osd.pentagon.ousd-p-r.mbx.preventionclearinghouse@mail.mil after DOD 365-J Guest Account has been approved.
  • 3. Access the SharePoint Clearinghouse site for resources and links to the Clearinghouse App.

The Office of Command Climate and Well-Being Integration (OCCWI) works to prevent harmful behaviors like suicide, sexual assault, harassment, domestic abuse, and child abuse across the Department of Defense. OCCWI empowers leaders to create healthy command climates by providing them with the people, data, and best practices they need to minimize risks and keep the focus on the mission.
