908th teams with CCAF, creates path for FAA A&P Certification

Maintainers from the 908th Maintenance Group practice wire bundling repair as part of the 908th Airlift Wing’s Airframe and Powerplant program, Nov. 8, 2022, at the 908th A&P program work center on Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. The 908th teamed with the Community College of the Air Force to create a path for maintainers to receive a Federal Aviation Administration Airframe & Powerplant certification to invest in Airman and to prepare for the agile combat support needed for the wing’s new mission as the Air Force's Formal Training Unit for the MH-139A Grey Wolf helicopter.
